Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Every piece must be opened within 24 hours of receipt. In the case that there is any damage to the piece upon receiving it, Oksana Chashkina must be notified within that 24 hour period by email and pictures of the damage must be attached. Oksana Chashkina cannot take responsibility for damage noted after this period.
